+ Ảnh hưởng đến lối sống thường nhật của người dân địa phương.
VD: Người dân bị mất đi nơi để sinh hoạt giải trí, tập luyện thể thao,… có thể dẫn đến tình trạng sức khỏe và tinh thần của họ giảm sút.
+ Các vấn đề liên quan đến ý thức và tự nhiên có thể xuất hiện từ khu vườn.
VD: Nguy cơ phá hoại tài sản công, trộm cắp, sâu bọ.
+ Các tranh chấp về quyền sử dụng đất/ phân chia khu đất giữa người dân địa phương với nhau có thể xảy ra nếu không có sự quản lý từ chính quyền.

Bài mẫu
As the trends suggest, more and more social infrastructures are being converted into shared cultivating spaces for the locals. Although there are contradicting arguments for this action, I stand by the point that society has more to gain than lose from the change.
At first glance, it is visible that this shift in the landscape can have striking impacts on the daily activity of the people who reside nearby in various aspects. Firstly, it reduces the availability and accessibility of public spaces for recreational and sports activities, which are also essential for the quality of life of the residents. Secondly, some risks and challenges to the safety and security of the gardens, such as vandalism, theft, and pests will occur. And finally, arguments and disputes over the ownership of the yards will be unavoidable without proper management from authority figures.
However, a closer inspection would reveal an effective long-term strategy for metropolitan sustainability. As food transportation and packaging have been ongoing headaches for environmentalists due to their wasteful nature, a local garden would mean that the need for these services will lessen, therefore making way for a more environmentally friendly style of living. The transformed space can also act as a bonding spot for the community, as through the pursuit of a single focused activity which is gardening, people can have a common platform for sharing tips and aiding each other in polishing their cultivating skills. Yet, the most prominent benefit lies in the promotion of education and awareness of environmental issues, especially among children and young people, who can learn about the importance of biodiversity, sustainability, and food security through green spaces that are no longer just available in descriptions in books or short trips to the countryside, but within reach with just a few footsteps or a short bike ride from their home.
In conclusion, despite some minor inconveniences the shift from public parks to local gardens may cause, it is irrefutable to say that it is the perfect puzzle piece for the green future our world is working toward.
