2.1. Bài mẫu:
The table illustrates how club members and the general public thought about three different aspects of a theater, being the facilities, information provided and quality, in one town in 2012.
Overall, it can be seen that both the club members and the general public were least satisfied with the information provided by the theater. In addition, while the club members were most pleased with the theater’s quality, its facilities appealed to the general public the most.
Regarding the information provided by the theater, the general public was happier with this aspect than the club members. Specifically, while nearly two-thirds of the general public rated the information provided as “excellent”, just more than half of the club members had the same opinion. 14% of the general public were dissatisfied with this aspect, compared to 16% of the club members.
Regarding the two other aspects, nearly nine in ten of the club members gave an “excellent” rating for the theater’s quality. However, just more than half of the general public gave the same. The club members were also more satisfied with the theater’s facilities than the general public, with 72% of the former group rating the theater’s facilities as “excellent”, in comparison with nearly two-thirds of the latter group.
