1. Dàn bài

Introduction: Paraphrase đề bài và đưa ra quan điểm của bản thân

Body 1: Tham gia các môn thể thao đội nhóm giúp trẻ em học cách hợp tác

• Vì có huấn luyện viên giảng giải về tinh thần đồng đội 

=> Tạo ra các buổi luyện tập giúp hiểu ý đồng đội 

=> Trẻ em dần học được cách làm việc cùng đồng đội và cảm thấy thoải mái vì quen thuộc với môi trường vì đang ở trường

Body 2: Có nhiều hoạt động khác cũng hiệu quả để dạy trẻ em cách hợp tác, ví dụ như làm dự án nhóm

• Trong lớp học: Giúp áp dụng kiến thức đã học và thảo luận cùng bạn bè 

=> Dần học cách hợp tác

Counter argument: Dù chơi thể thao cũng giúp song lại phải tuân thủ chiến lược của huấn luyện viên, còn trong lớp học thì giáo viên chỉ hỗ trợ

• Ngoài lớp học: Làm việc với người lạ 

=> Còn học được thêm nhiều kĩ năng khác

Conclusion: Tái khẳng định việc chơi thể thao không hẳn là cách tốt nhất để dạy trẻ em cách hợp tác vì còn nhiều hoạt động khác cũng hiệu quả không kém

2. Bài mẫu

Taking part in a sports team at school is believed to be the ultimate way for children to learn how cooperation works. In this essay, however, I will challenge this school of thought.

One might argue that being a member of a sports team at school can help students to learn about cooperation effectively. This is predicated on the assumption that the coach would raise the awareness of team spirit to win a match as each individual has their own strengths and weaknesses. In order to achieve it, he or she usually implements various training sessions for the team to practice getting signals from other team players to pass the ball or to sprint immediately. This combined with the fact that students have already got familiar with the schoolyard and their friends can create a comfortable environment for children to thrive. Therefore, they would gradually realize it does not solely rely on a single star but the whole team to win. 

Despite all of the advantages above, I believe that there are many other optimal activities in terms of teaching students how to work together. A prime example would be dealing with teamwork projects. For example, a biology teacher can ask for group presentations about how to have a healthy lifestyle. This clearly facilitates the learning process by applying what they have learned in PE and biology and creates an environment for them to discuss and give feedback to their peers about many aspects of the project such as PowerPoint design and presentation skills. From there, they familiarize themselves with collaboration and the responsibilities they have taken to get the project done. Although playing team sports surely emphasizes this, there is still the coach who players need to strictly follow the strategies with the aim of winning a match, which is not found in the classroom where teachers are mainly supporters. In the setting of a club or an organization outside their school, it would be even more beneficial since children have more opportunities to collaborate with strangers, which can open the door for even more skill sets to be acquired such as interpersonal and negotiation skills. 

In conclusion, playing team sports at school is not the best way to show children how collaboration is as other activities, like teamwork projects, are also as, even more, effective. (387 words)
