Task 2 IELTS Writing sample | Motivation

1/ OUTLINE:

INTRODUCTION: Paraphrase lại đề. Thể hiện quan điểm của bản thân (trả lời đồng ý hay không đồng ý, lưu ý cần thể hiện rõ mức độ) để bài phần Writing đảm bảo điểm cao nhất.

BODY PARAGRAPH 1:

Chứng minh tiền là động lực chủ yếu để thúc đẩy mọi người làm việc chăm chỉ.

Tiền giúp đáp ứng được những nhu cầu thiết yếu. VD: ăn, uống, hoá đơn tiền nước, tiền điện, chi phí đi lại,… . Thêm vào đó, với một xã hội nơi mà giá cả của bất kì một món đồ nào cũng đều leo thang, cộng với sự cạnh tranh khốc liệt của thị trường việc làm ngày nay, đi làm chăm chỉ và bỏ nhiều công sức hơn để có thể kiếm được thêm nhiều tiền càng trở nên quan trọng, không chỉ để nuôi sống bản thân, mà còn để tiết kiệm cho tương lai hay giúp đỡ người thân những lúc cần thiết.
Kiếm được nhiều tiền cũng là một cách để họ chứng minh địa vị xã hội. VD: có những hội nhóm yêu cầu bạn phải sở hữu một lượng tài sản nhất định để tham gia -> có những người sẽ luôn nỗ lực để đáp ứng được tiêu chí của những hội nhóm này, vì họ muốn có được những ánh nhìn trầm trồ, cuộc sống xa xỉ.

BODY PARAGRAPH 2:

Chứng minh ngoài tiền thì vẫn có những động lực khác để đi làm

Đi làm vì đam mê và muốn cống hiến cho xã hội. VD: giáo viên, lương cơ bản không quá cao, nhưng vẫn luôn nhiệt huyết hết mình vì công việc vì muốn góp phần nuôi dưỡng thế hệ trẻ triển vọng cho xã hội sau này.

CONCLUSION:

Khẳng định lại quan điểm.

2/ ESSAY:

Due to its indispensable role in creating a prosperous lifestyle, money, as well as acquiring wealth, is commonly believed to be the sole motivator for diligent work at workplaces. In my opinion, despite the undeniable importance of money, there are other factors that motivate masses to perform their work effectively, and the upcoming paragraphs will elucidate my viewpoints related to this conception.

On the one hand, it is indisputable to cite money as a predominant motivation for hard work since every individual needs it to fulfil their basic needs. In fact, essential necessities namely accommodation, food, or rental fees can only be afforded by remuneration from occupations. This urge to earn money can be particularly intense in many major metropolises, where job markets tend to be more competitive and coupled with the extravagant cost of living. In addition, in many communities, earning substantial income can be seen as a means to affirm one’s self-worth. To give an illustration, groups containing ultra-high-net-worth individuals usually demand an enormous amount of property and for those who seek marvellous eyes or opulent lifestyle, they will strive to make as much money as possible to join these elite groups.

On the other hand, I believe that passion and desire to serve society are also valid explanations for why many individuals still work unflaggingly. One prime example is the profession of teachers, who always exert their best effort to deliver engaging lectures and constantly provide support for their pupils, irrespective of the monetary benefits. This can indicate their wish to contribute to nurturing a promising young generation for future society, as opposed to making profit for their own sakes.

In conclusion, although money is undeniable to be a vital force that drives people to work hard, there still exist many individuals who demonstrate exceptional performance because of their good will and passion.
