Describe a creative person (e.g. an artist, a musician, etc.) you admire

You should say:

• Who he/she is
• How you knew him/her
• What his/her greatest achievement is

And explain why you think he/she is creative

Part 3:

1. Do you think children should learn to play musical instruments?
Kids should have the opportunity to learn a musical instrument of their choosing for sure. I believe that young children must be encouraged to try different things to learn about their own strengths and improve their weaknesses, and maybe find their own life passion too. Learning an instrument can be a good direction to start this journey since it is linked to fine motor skills development. People who play string instruments and pianos must have incredible hand dexterity. If by chance the children become passionate with the hobby, then perhaps in the future, they could become world-famous musicians. At the very least, they’ll have a fun party trick to show friends sometimes.

2. How do artists acquire inspiration?
One huge source of inspiration is nature. Real-life sceneries such as oceans and forests already have this picturesque feeling to them. People can add their own visual interpretation to create a unique art piece. This is why so many painters became landscape artists. Another source of inspiration is other artists themselves. It is common to see beginner illustrators try to replicate their favorite creator. These starters could feel inspired by their idol to try an artistic technique or try a different visual style.

3. Do you think pictures and videos in news reports are important?
It would not be as informative without them so yes, we need visual representations. Some instructions can be misinterpreted even when using the most detailed wording as possible. For moments like this, a guiding video being played while someone else read the instructions would be very helpful to eliminate any misunderstandings. Additionally, having visual evidence increases the legitimacy of the content being reported. People are more likely to care and take the news seriously when they can see them.

4. What can we do to help children keep creative?
Giving them opportunities to do creative hobbies would be good. It does not have to be anything expensive, just papers and pens will do. If the child shows interest, then parents can invest more in the hobby to nurture their children’s artistic capabilities. It is also imperative to say encouraging words when the kids partake in any form of freedom of expression. This will raise their creative confidence and motivate them to improve their imaginative skills.

5. What can we do to help older children learn music?
Peer motivation could be a fantastic way to help older children in music learning. Many people like to do activities with friends so they are more likely to enjoy and participate regularly if there are friendly faces doing them too. With enough commitment, eventually their skill will improve to become a competent musician. Personalized learning could also be a good method to help with the situation. Obviously, not every kid will have the same problems while learning. In these moments, it is crucial to address the individual child to find a solution.
