Who this person is I’d like to talk about my university professor, Dr. Minh, who I genuinely consider to be one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever met. He was my lecturer for a course on cognitive psychology, and from the very first lecture, it became clear that he wasn’t just knowledgeable, but was truly intellectually exceptional.
How you know them I first got to know him during my second year, and attending his classes felt completely different from any other academic experience. Unlike many lecturers who simply present theories, he had an outstanding ability to break down highly abstract concepts and illustrate them with simple, relatable examples. This made even the most challenging content feel accessible.
What makes them intelligent The primary thing that makes him stand out is his intellectual agility.

He can explain incredibly complex theories with simple, relatable analogies. He possesses a remarkable ability to think critically and from multiple perspectives, and he could argue any point with great eloquence. Whenever he explained a theory, it felt like he was connecting dots that the rest of us didn’t even know existed.

And explain how you feel about this person I feel incredibly fortunate to have been his student. He didn’t just teach us psychological theories; he taught us how to think independently and not accept things at face value. It inspired me to approach learning with curiosity and openness. Even now, I still apply many of the thinking strategies he taught us, which shows just how profoundly he has shaped my academic mindset.

Câu hỏi (Questions) Câu trả lời mẫu (Sample Answers – Band 7+)
How can schools help children become more intelligent? Schools play a pivotal role not just by imparting knowledge, but by fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Instead of relying heavily on rote learning, educators should encourage students to question information and explore diverse perspectives. Furthermore, creating a stimulating environment that values creativity and intellectual curiosity allows children to develop their cognitive abilities naturally. By challenging students with real-world problems rather than standard tests, schools can significantly enhance their overall intellectual potential.
Is academic intelligence more important than emotional intelligence? I wouldn’t say one is strictly more important than the other; they serve different purposes. While academic prowess opens doors to higher education and technical careers, emotional intelligence (EQ) is crucial for long-term success and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships. A person might be a genius academically but fail in the workplace if they lack empathy and social awareness. In the modern world, having a balance of both is ideal, as soft skills often determine how well one can apply their technical knowledge in a team setting.
What are the key qualities of a truly intelligent person? True intelligence goes beyond just having a high IQ. A key quality is adaptability—the ability to adjust to new situations and solve unexpected problems effectively. Additionally, intelligent people often possess intellectual humility; they admit what they don’t know and are always eager to engage in continuous learning. They are also highly observant and capable of connecting seemingly unrelated concepts. Finally, I believe open-mindedness is essential, as it allows them to analyze information without being clouded by bias.
In what ways can people inspire others? People primarily inspire others by leading by example. When someone demonstrates resilience in the face of adversity, it motivates those around them to push through their own struggles. Furthermore, people can inspire through mentorship and sharing knowledge. By taking the time to guide others and share their experiences—both failures and successes—they empower others to achieve their goals. Simply showing unwavering dedication and passion for one’s craft is often enough to ignite a spark in someone else.
