Introduction:

Body 1:

• Mặt tiêu cực của việc học ngoại ngữ 
• Các nước nghèo không có đủ tiền để đầu tư vào giáo trình và giáo cụ
• Ở vùng sâu vùng va khó có thể tuyển được giáo viên đủ trình độ

Body 2:

• Mặc tích cực của việc học ngoại ngữ 
• Mang lại cho trẻ lượng chất xám cao hơn, giúp giảm các bệnh mất trí nhớ
• Kích thích hoạt động não bộ, giúp não của trẻ học ngoại ngữ sớm linh hoạt hơn các bạn cùng trang lứa

Conclusion: Việc học ngoại ngữ sớm là tốt nhưng có thể gây khó khăn về mặt tài chính cho các nước nghèo

2. Bài mẫu

There are many people who favor the idea that children’s exposure to at least a second language in elementary school may bring significant benefits. In my opinion, the advantages of early foreign language learning outweigh its disadvantages.

On the one hand, teaching a second language besides children’s mother tongue may be seen as a daunting task for the educational department in developing and under-developed countries. To begin with, facilitating foreign language courses can be pricey since it requires a huge amount of money from the authority to invest in designing and developing appropriate curricula and teaching aids. Thus, schools in remote areas cannot afford these exorbitant fees. In addition, qualified teachers, who possess a good command of the foreign language, are hard to recruit and train in poor nations as a result of the lack of the national budget.

On the other hand, being proficient in two languages provides many merits for young children. Foremost, by learning two languages simultaneously, the young can have higher density of gray matter, helping them to delay the onset of diseases such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. Moreover, many scientists claimed that the effort and attention needed to switch between languages triggered more activity in the youngster’s brains, which helps their brains stay healthy, more complex in solving problems, and filter out irrelevant information better than their monolingual peers.

In sum, although I believe it is more advantageous for children to acquire a second language, arranging foreign language courses should be carefully considered as it can create a financial burden for some countries. (258 words)
