The given pie charts visualize the proportion of working time that people dedicated to different activities in a specific country between 1958 and 2008. 

Overall, it can be seen that adults spent the majority of their time working during the whole period. By contrast, while Travel had the smallest percentage in 1958, this position was replaced by Going out (with friends/family) in 2008. 

Relating to the year 1958, Working and Sleeping recorded the highest percentage, at 33% and 32% respectively, which was followed by Going out (with friends/family) with 19%. Additionally, only a negligible number of people preferred to use their working time to Relax at home, at 8%, while the figures for Other interests or playing sports and Travel to work were slightly lower, at 6% and 2% respectively. 

Regarding the second chart, the proportion of Working increased significantly to 42% in this timescale, which exceeded the number 33% in 1958 whereas adults’ time spent on Sleeping underwent a downswing in rate by 7%. Meanwhile, the Relaxing at home category experienced an increment in its proportion from 8% in 1958 to 13% in 2008. Furthermore, Travel to work and Other interests or playing sports shared the same proportion of 8%. Finally, the bottom of the list was Going out (with friends/family), decreasing to only 6%. • Visualize (v): to form a picture of someone or something in your mind, in order to imagine or remember them or to make something able to be seen
• dedicate (v): to give all of your energy, time
• allocate (v): to give something to someone as their share of a total amount, to use in a particular way
