Đề bài: Task 2: Young people in big cities commit more crimes. Discuss the causes and possible solutions for this problem.

1. DÀN BÀI: 

Introduction: Paraphrase đề. Thể hiện quan điểm bản thân.

Body paragraph 1: Hai nhân tố chính dẫn đến hiện trạng này việc cha mẹ không đưa ra những lời hướng dẫn cho con cái và ảnh hưởng của bạn xấu đến sự phát triển của trẻ. 

– Các bậc phụ huy ở thành thị xem nhẹ vai trò của mình trong quá trình nuôi dạy con và thường chỉ tập trung vào việc kiếm tiền. → Trẻ em vô tình phạm tội vì không nhận thức được hành động chúng đang làm là sai hay đúng.

– Bên cạnh đó, trẻ còn bị ảnh hưởng bởi thái độ và hành động của các bạn cùng trang lứa. → Bạn xấu sẽ làm tăng tỷ lệ trẻ gây ra các hành động trái đạo đức.

Body paragraph 2: Có thể giải quyết vấn đề này bằng 3 giải pháp chính.

– Chính phủ khuyến khích các doanh nghiệp giảm giờ làm để cha mẹ có nhiều thời gian nuôi dạy con em mình hơn.

– Nhà trường nên tổ chức các lớp học ngoại khoá, các buổi hội thảo để giúp trẻ nâng cao nhận thức về các hành động trái pháp luật.

– Tất cả các trường hợp vi phạm pháp luật ở tuổi vị thành niên cần được xem xét kĩ càng để đưa ra hình phạt thích đáng nhằm giảm tình trạng này xảy ra trong tương lai.

Conclusion: Khẳng định lại quan điểm.

2. ESSAY: 

Nowadays, urban youngsters have more tendency to become criminals than those living in rural areas. This phenomenon results from a number of causes to which several measures will be proposed in this essay.

There are two main factors contributing to this issue, which include the lack of proper guidance from parents and the influence of bad friends. To begin with, although parents play a crucial part in children’s upbringing, metropolitan parents seem to take their role for granted. Since most city parents are being put under the pressure of earning money to cater to their family’s basic needs, they rarely have time to take care of and provide advice for their children’s concerns. As a result, children may not have the ability to recognize which are the morally and legally wrong actions leading them to unintentionally commit crimes. In addition, young people, especially adolescents, tend to be affected by their peers’ opinions and actions. Under bad friends’ impact, not only the young’s virtues may be ruined but the chance of them doing anything against the law also increases significantly.

Juvenile criminals in the metropolis can be prevented by three solutions. Firstly, the government should encourage businesses to decrease the working hours so that parents can spend more time taking care of their families. Secondly, schools should hold workshops and extra classes to educate students on how to avoid wrongdoings and report law violations around them. Lastly, any juvenile violation cases should be carefully considered by the court in order to give appropriate punishments to deter the young’s backsliding and help them to improve their morality in the future.

In conclusion, the lack of parents guidance and the lure of bad friends are attributable to the increasing rate of urban juvenile criminals, however, there are a number of feasible solutions to tackle this issue.
