SAMPLE

The process displays the procedure involved in the production of soft cheese.

By a glance, the entire 28-hour-long undertaking consists of 5 stages, initiating with the mix of ingredients into a compound and finishing as soft cheese are manufactured after going through heat treatments of varying intensity.

As the process commences, water and milk are stored at a low temperature of 5 degrees Celcius for two hours. Following this, salt is added into the mix before the batch goes under 5 times that of the earlier heat, albeit with the similar time span, for fermenting. In the next stage, vapor is extracted by raising the temparature to 100 degrees. Once another 8 hours has passed, the product, now rid of excess water, is returned to the same initial low heat for double the time before being ready for use.
