The process displays the procedure from which the substance of ethanol is synthesized and delivered for consumption as an energy source.

Overall, the chart consists of a lengthy sequence, initiating from corn being stored for milling, and finishing when they have been processed into pure ethanol and subsequently shipped elsewhere.

In details of separated stages, as corns have been exported from storage and milled, they are subsequently cooked in 4 hours with added water. After that, the product is conditioned for fermentation in 2 days before the separation process occurs. Within this stage, depending on being mixed with liquid additives or not, the initial fermented corns respectively become a by-product of the process, forming a solid state of matter, or become unpurified ethanol as results. While the process to produce the by-product has finished, another 5 hours of processing are imposed on liquefied ethanol before the pure substance is introduced, stored and finally transported.
